Our company was created when we saw the need in various industries – Construction, Design, Real Estate, Legal and others – for accurate documentation of existing buildings and structures.

The time it takes to scan your structure or space varies widely based on multiple factors such as: the size and complexity of the floor plan layout, the number of different rooms and/or spaces, and access to the site. Generally, buildings with large open spaces require less scans as compared to smaller, yet more complex & segmented floor plans.

Virtually any type of building or structure – hotels, schools, hospitals, office buildings, restaurants, commercial buildings, gymnasiums, stadiums, theaters/ auditoriums and farm/agriculture structures.
Our employees’ safety is paramount, and we will avoid unsafe, unhealthy, and dangerous buildings.

In most cases this is not necessary. We can normally work with the current owner to schedule access for scanning. We will not, however, engage in Breaking & Entering.

We will need full access to the site and to all the interior rooms and spaces –so all doors will need to be unlocked. For the best results, an empty building with no people and clear walkways is preferred.

We can provide detailed and accurate floor plans showing doors, windows, plumbing fixtures, fixed cabinets and equipment at whatever scale you need.

We can also provide roof plans for low slope (flat) roof structures and exterior elevations.
